中青年妇科癌症患者失志水平及影响因素研究

目的 调查中青年妇科癌症患者失志、经验性回避及夫妻亲密关系现状，分析失志影响因素。方法 采用一般资料问卷、失志量表、接纳与行动问卷、婚姻调适量表对170例中青年妇科癌症患者调查。结果 中青年妇科癌症患者失志得分（33.47±13.08）分，多元线性回归分析显示，文化程度、疾病分期、住院次数、经验性回避及夫妻亲密关系是失志的影响因素（均P＜0.05），可解释总体变异的38.4%。结论 中青年妇科癌症患者失志为中等水平，应重点关注文化程度较低、晚期及多次住院的患者，可通过减少患者经验性回避及增进夫妻间亲密关系，降低患者失志水平。

Demoralization and its influencing factors of young and middle-aged gynecological cancer patients

To investigate the demoralization, experiential avoidance and intimate relationship in young and middle-aged gynecological cancer patients, and to analyze the influencing factors of demoralization. Methods 170 gynecological cancer patients were investigated and analyzed by general data questionnaire, demoralization scale mandarin version(DS-MV), Acceptance and action questionnaire-2 nd edition(AAQ-Ⅱ), and Short marital adjustment and prediction test. Results The score of DS-MV in young and middle-aged gynecological cancer patients was(33.47±13.08). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level, disease stage, hospitalization frequency, experiential avoidance and intimate relationship were the influencing factors of demoralization(all P<0.05), which could explain 38.4% of the total variation. Conclusion The demoralization of young and middle-aged gynecologic cancer patients is at middle level. It is necessary to focus on the patients with low education level, advanced cancer and multiple hospitalizations. By reducing their experiential avoidance, the intimate relationship could be enhanced and patients’ demoralization could be reduced finally.
