摘    要:目的 综述N -乙酰神经氨酸在母乳中的含量、功能及在婴幼儿配方产品中的应用,探讨在婴幼儿配方产品中添加N -乙酰神经氨酸的必要性。方法 检索PubMed和中国知网(CNKI)收集文献进行综述。结果 收集文献28篇。母乳N -乙酰神经氨酸的水平与泌乳期关系密切,在初乳中含量最高,对促进婴幼儿神经系统发育、增强免疫功能有重要意义。目前国内婴幼儿配方产品中尚未添加N -乙酰神经氨酸。结论 N -乙酰神经氨酸对婴幼儿有一定益处,其添加到婴幼儿配方产品中的必要性应结合国内和国际标准、母乳水平、原料来源等因素综合考虑。

Abstract:To review the content and functions of N -acetylneuraminic acid (Neu5Ac) in breast milk and itsapplications in infant formula products, and to explore whether the supplementations of infant formula with Neu5Ac isnecessary. Methods PubMed and China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) were searched to collect relevantliteratures. Results 28 studies were collected. The level of Neu5Ac in breast milk was closely associated with the lactationperiod, and the highest level was in colostrum, which was significant for the development of the infant nervous and immunesystem. Neu5Ac has not been added into infant formula products in China at present. Conclusion Neu5Ac has somebeneficial effects for infants. The necessity of Neu5Ac supplementation should be considered in combination with the contentof Neu5Ac in breast milk, relative standards, the source of the materials and other factors
