摘    要:目的 通过Meta分析的方法探讨螺杆菌感染与肝癌发生发展的相关性。方法 检索Medline、EMBASE、CNKI、万方和维普数据库中探讨螺杆菌感染与肝癌关系的研究,提取数据计算合并比值比(OR)以及95%置信区间(95%CI)。结果 符合纳入排除标准的研究共有19项,均为病例对照研究,其中肝癌组785例,螺杆菌的感染率为66.50%(522/785),对照组1298例,螺杆菌的感染率为37.75%(490/1298)。各项研究之间具有明显异质性,选取随机效应模型进行分析,OR值为9.55(95%CI:5.78~15.77,P<0.05)。结论 螺杆菌参与肝细胞癌的发生发展,但结果仍需进一步证实。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the relationship between Helicobacter species infection and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). WTHZ]Methods WTBZ]The relevant articles written in English and Chinese about the relationship between Helicobacter species infection and HCC in Medline, EMBASE, CNKI, Wanfang and VIP databases were comprehensively searched. The data were extracted to calculate the combined odds ratio (OR) and 95% confidence interval (95% CI). WTHZ]Results WTBZ]19 case-control studies were included with 785 HCC cases and 1298 control cases. The infection rate of Helicobacter among the HCC cases was 66.50% (522/785) and that among the control cases was 37.75% (490/1298). There was statistically significant heterogeneity among studies in both comparisons, and random-effect model was selected for analysis. Meta-analysis showed that the overall odds ratio (OR) value was 9.55 (95%CI: 5.78~15. 77, P<0.05). WTHZ]Conclusion WTBZ]Helicobacter species infection is associated with a high risk of HCC and it may promote the development of HCC. The results still need further confirmation.
