居家癌末患者照顾者负担与生活质量的调查分析

目的 探索居家癌末患者照顾者负担、生活质量现况及其相关性，分析照顾负担的影响因素。方法 采用便利抽样法，使用癌末患者照顾者负荷量表、简明生活质量量表、一般人口学问卷对205例居家癌末患者照顾者进行问卷调查。采用t检验、Pearson 相关分析、多元线性回归进行统计学学分析。结果 居家癌末患者照顾者负担总分为（43.29±12.61）分，处于中等水平；生活质量总分为（43.86±7.34）分，低于国内常模（t = -12.95, P＜0.001）；照顾者负担与生活质量得分呈负相关(r = - 0.665, P＜0.05)；多元回归分析显示，患者自理程度、照顾者个数是照顾者负担的影响因素（P＜0.01）。结论 居家癌末患者照顾者负担较重，生活质量较低，二者之间存在负相关关系,需要采取针对性干预措施，减轻照顾者负担，改善其生活质量。

Analysis on the caregiving burden and quality of life among family caregivers for terminal cancer patients receiving home-based palliative care

Objective The aim of this study was to explore the caregiving burden, quality of life among family caregivers for terminal cancer patients receiving home-based palliative care and its relevance, to analyze the influencing factors of caregiving burden. Methods A total of 205 family caregivers of terminal cancer patients receiving home-based palliative care were enrolled using a convenient sampling method by the Terminal Cancer Care Load Scale,12-item Short-Form health survey(SF-12) and General Information Questionnaire. Statistical analysis was performed using t test, Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression. Results The total score of the caregiving burden was 43.29±12.61, at a medium level. The total quality of life was 43.86±7.34, which was lower than the domestic norm(t=-12.95, P<0.001). The caregiving burden was negatively correlated with the quality of life(r=-0.665, P<0.05). The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the self-care of patients and the number of caregivers were the influencing factors of caregiving burden(P<0.05). Conclusion The caregiving burden of caregivers for terminal cancer patients was at a moderate level, and their quality of life was low. There was a negative correlation between the caregiving burden and the quality of life. Targeted interventions are needed to reduce the burden and improve the quality of life.
