人际信任对老年高血压患者睡眠状况的影响:自尊和抑郁的链式中介作用

目的 探讨人际信任对老年高血压患者睡眠状况的影响，以及自尊、抑郁的作用。方法 采用信赖他人量表、自尊量表、抑郁量表和阿斯森失眠量表对60岁及以上818名老年高血压患者进行问卷调查。结果 （1）老年高血压患者人际信任越高，睡眠状况越好（r = 0.168，P＜0.01），而抑郁程度越高，睡眠状况越差（r = 0.440，P＜0.01），高自尊则有利于睡眠状况的提升（r = - 0.302，P＜0.01）；（2）自尊、抑郁在人际信任与睡眠状况间起着完全中介作用；（3）人际信任可以通过自尊、抑郁的链式中介作用对老年高血压患者的睡眠状况产生影响。结论 提高老年高血压患者的人际信任,有利于保持较高水平的自尊，降低抑郁的出现,从而改善睡眠状况。

Interpersonal trust on sleep quality of elderly patients with hypertension: the mediating role of self-esteem and depression

To explore the influence of interpersonal trust on sleep quality of elderly patients with hypertension, and the effects of self-esteem and depression. Methods 818 elderly people were conveniently investigated with Interpersonal trust Scale, Self-esteem Scale, Geriatric Depression Scale, Athens Insomnia Scale. Results(1) The higher the interpersonal trust of elderly patients with hypertension, the better sleep conditions(r=0.168, P<0.01), and the higher the degree of depression, the worse sleep conditions(r=0.440, P<0.01), the high levels of self-esteem advantageous to enhance sleep quality(r=-0.302, P<0.01).(2) Self-esteem and depression played a fully mediating role between interpersonal trust and sleep quality.(3)Interpersonal trust could influence sleep quality through the chain mediation of self-esteem and depression. Conclusion The high interpersonal trust can improve self-esteem level of elderly patients with hypertension, reduce depression level, and then affect sleep quality.
