社区居住脊髓损伤患者生活质量现状及其影响因素分析

目的 了解在社区居住的脊髓损伤患者生活质量现状及影响因素。方法 采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样，对四川省和江苏省30家医院的1 355名脊髓损伤并已回到社区生活的患者进行问卷调查；使用多重线性回归对生活质量的影响因素进行分析并探讨社会偏见的调节作用。结果 生活质量总分为（15.99±3.09）；损伤类型（β = - 0.51，P＜0.01）、损伤等级（β = - 1.00，P＜0.001）、社会偏见（β = - 0.48，P＜0.001）、地区（β = 1.16，P＜0.001）、家庭收入（β = 0.23，P＜0.001）影响生活质量；社会偏见在损伤类型和生活质量之间，在损伤等级和生活质量之间均起负向调节作用。结论 社区居住脊髓损伤患者的生活质量不容乐观，相关人员应加强对脊髓损伤患者的社区康复，减少社会偏见，改善患者的生活质量。

Analysis of status and influencing factors of the quality of life in patients with spinal cord injury in the community

Abstract: Objective The study aimed to understand the status and influencing factors of the quality of life (QoL) in patients with spinal cord injury in the community (InSCI). Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 355 patients with InSCI from 30 hospitals in Sichuan Province and Jiangsu Province by multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of QoL and to explore the moderating effect of social prejudice. Results The total score of QoL was 15.99 ±3.09; type of injury (β=-0.51, P<0.01), degree of injury (β=-1.00, P<0.001), social prejudice (β=-0.48, P<0.001), region (β=1.16, P<0.001), household income (β=0.23, P<0.001) affected the QoL. Social prejudice played a negative moderator in the relationship between type of injury and the QoL and played a negative moderator in the relationship between degree of injury and the QoL. Conclusion The QoL of patients with InSCI is not optimistic. The relevant personnel should strengthen the community rehabilitation of patients with InSCI, reduce social prejudice and improve the QoLof patients with InSCI
