摘    要:目的 对FoxO1在抗氧化应激中的功能及作用机制进行综述,为进一步深入研究其作用机制以及通过该因子预防和治疗相关疾病提供参考。方法 以“FoxO1”、“氧化应激”、“信号通路”为主题词,对Pubmed、中国知网以及万方数据库进行文献检索,经过筛选获得国内外相关文献35篇,以近五年的文献为主。结果 显示FoxO1通过发生核易位和JNK、INS-PI3K-AKT、β-catenin、Sirt1、Cdk5等五条信号通路发挥抗氧化应激功能。结论 FoxO1参与氧化应激的调控机制非常复杂,不同的细胞类型对不同的凋亡刺激,FoxO1参与调控的效果不完全一样,涉及的信号通路也不完全相同,产生的凋亡效应更是有差别。

Abstract:To review the function and mechanism of Fox O1 in antioxidant stress,so as to provide reference forfurther research on its mechanism of action and prevention and treatment of related diseases through Fox O1.Methods Fox O1,oxidative stress and signaling pathways were adopted respectively as the subject term,and a total of 35 relevant literaturesmainly in recent five years were collected through Pub Med,China National Knowledge Infrastructure and Wan Fang database.Results This paper introduced the mechanism that Fox O1 exerted its antioxidant stress function through nuclear translocationand five signaling pathways including JNK,Ins-PI3K-Akt,β-catenin,Sirt1 and Cdk5.ConclusionReview shows thatthe regulation mechanism of Fox O1 involved in oxidative stress is very complex,and different cell types have different apoptoticstimulation.Inaddition,Fox O1 is involved in different regulatory effects,and the signaling pathways involved antioxidant stressare not the same,and the apoptotic effects are even more different.
