生活希望计划干预对中老年肺癌患者希望水平及自我感受负担的影响

目的探讨生活希望计划干预对中老年肺癌患者希望水平、自我效能及自我感受负担的影响。方法根据患者入院时间先后次序进行分组,将2017年7月-2018年7月本院收治的中老年肺癌40例为对照组,采用阶段性健康教育;2018年8月-2019年8月本院收治的43例中老年肺癌患者为观察组,在对照组基础上采用生活希望计划干预,比较两组干预前后希望水平、自我效能及自我感受负担水平的差异。结果干预后观察组希望水平总分(38.52±5.39)分高于对照组(30.58±6.17)分及其干预前(26.24±3.76)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组自我效能总分(31.42±4.18)分高于对照组(26.37±3.65)分及其干预前(23.35±3.07)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组自我感受负担总分(54.17±8.16)分低于对照组(64.70±9.69)分及其干预前(74.92±12.39)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论生活希望计划联合阶段性健康教育可提高肺癌患者希望水平与自我效能,减轻患者自我感受负担。

Effects of life hope plan intervention on hope level and self-efficacy in middle and old aged patients with lung cancer

Objective To investigate the effect of life hope plan intervention on the hope level,self-efficacy and self-perceived burden of middle and old aged patients with lung cancer.Methods According to the sequence of patients’admission time,40 cases of middle-aged and old lung cancer admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were taken as the control group,and phased health education was adopted;43 cases of in-patients from August 2018 to August 2019 were taken as the observation group,and intervention of life hope plan based on the control group was adopted,the hope level,self-efficacy and self-perceived burden between the two groups before and after intervention were comapred.Results After intervention,the expected total score(38.52±5.39)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(30.58±6.17)and before intervention(26.24±3.76),with statistically significant difference(P<0.001);the total self-efficacy score(31.42±4.18)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(26.37±3.65)and the observation group before intervention(23.35±3.07),with statistically significant difference(P<0.001);the total score of self-perceived burden(54.17±8.16)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(64.70±9.69)and the observation group(74.92±12.39)before intervention,with statistically significant difference(P<0.001).Conclusion The life hope plan combined with staged health education can improve the hope level and self-efficacy of lung cancer patients,reduce the burden of self feeling.
