摘    要:目的探讨移动网络平台结合健康教育路径对口腔正畸青少年患者口腔保健知识和行为的影响。方法选取2018年5月-2019年7月本院收治的口腔正畸青少年患者143例,按完全随机区段分组法分为观察组73例与对照组70例,两组术前均采用传统健康教育方法,术后1~3个月观察组采用移动网络平台结合健康教育路径对患者进行健康教育;对照组采用常规护理干预,干预前和干预后对两组患者口腔保健知识和行为进行评定。结果干预前两组患者口腔保健知识掌握率和行为正确率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后除饮食知识外,两组患者口腔保健知识掌握率和行为正确率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者口腔保健知识掌握率和行为正确率均高于对照组。结论移动网络平台结合健康教育路径可提高口腔正畸青少年患者口腔保健知识和行为水平。

Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of mobile network platform combined with health education path on oral health care knowledge and behavior of adolescent patients with orthodontics.Methods Toally 143 cases of adolescent patients with orthodontics admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to July 2019 were selected,and the patients in this group were divided into observation group(73 cases)and control group(70 cases)by completely random section grouping method with different number of cases,the two groups used traditional health education methods before and on the first day after surgery,the observation group used mobile network platform and health education path to carry out health education for patients 1 to 3 months after surgery;the control group received routine nursing intervention.The oral health knowledge and behavior were evaluated before and after intervention.Results There was no significant difference in oral health knowledge and behavior between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in oral health knowledge and behavior between the two groups after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Mobile network platform combined with health education path can improve the oral health care knowledge and behavior level of adolescent patients with orthodontics.
