| 摘 要： | 目的:了解徐汇区精神病患者免费服用氯氮平后血常规检测的顺从情况,旨在提高使用氯氮平的安全性.方法:采用人户随访、访谈方式调查辖区内无业贫困精神病患者是否按规定定期进行血常规检测.结果:88例调查对象中,35例(39.8%)定期检测血常规;男性患者检测血常规的顺从性明显好于女性(P＜0.05).血常规检测率低的主要原因以患者或监护人对氯氮平副作用的知晓率不够为主,占65.9%.结论:应采取措施提高免费服用氯氮平患者的血常规检查率,以预防和降低副作用的发生.
