| 摘 要： | 目的了解男护生的专业态度，为培养合格的男护士提供教学依据。方法使用自制调查问卷，对57名男护生进行调查。结果男护生入学时心理压力、专业认同、对教学的看法、从业志向4个方面结果均不尽人意。结论需加强男护生专业思想教育，制定教学计划，采用灵活多样的教学方法，以培养合格的男护士。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the attitude towards nursing specialty in male nursing students,and provide reference for the training of qualified male nurses.Method Fifty-seven male nursing students were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire.Results The male nursing students suffered from heavy mental pressure.They showed low identity to nursing specialty and dissatisfaction with the teaching and employment in nursing.Conclusion It is suggested to strengthen the education of specialty understanding for male nursing students,and integrate various teaching methods to train qualified male nurses. |
