摘    要:癌症衍进的一个标志是蛋白水解酶对细胞外基质(ECM)的降解.在口腔恶性肿瘤中,基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs),与上述ECM降解有关.MMPs通过对ECM的降解,可为肿瘤的扩散和迁移提供侵袭通道.另外,其也可以释放各种因子,如细胞因子、趋化因子和生长因子.上述因子可调控细胞行为以及通过调节血管新生,肿瘤细胞迁移、增殖和侵袭而促进肿瘤进程.该文主要探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在口腔恶性肿瘤发生发展中的作用特点.

Abstract:One hallmark of malignant tumor is that proteinases degrade the extracellular matrix (ECM).In oral malignant cancers,matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs),especially MMP-9,are associated with this degradation.MMPs can offer invasion channels for the spread and migration of tumor by degrading ECM.They also release various factors from their cryptic sites,including cytokines.These factors can modulate cell behavior and promote the development of cancer by regulating angiogenesis,cancer cell migration,proliferation,and invasion.This paper mainly summarized the roles of MMP-9 in the development of the oral malignant carcinogenesis.
