| 摘 要： | 功能性消化不良是临床常见的疾病,常伴有焦虑、抑郁、躯体化障碍等心理障碍.而心理干预可改善功能性消化不良患者的症状,且抗焦虑或抗抑郁治疗对其也有明显的疗效.因此,就功能性消化不良与精神心理因素的关系及其目前的精神心理治疗现状作一综述.

| Abstract: | Functional dyspepsia (FD) is a common clinical disease,often accompanied by anxiety,depression,somatization disorders and other psychological disorders.Psychological intervention can improve the symptoms of patients with FD,which antianxiety or antidepressant treatment also has a significant effect on.Therefore,the aim of this study is to clarify the relationship between FD and mental and psychological factors and the current status of psychotherapy. |
