体外循环心脏术后并发精神障碍60例临床分析

目的探讨成人体外循环手术以后发生精神症状的高危因素。方法对60例16岁以上的体外循环手术后发生精神症状的病人进行分析。结果主要表现有认知障碍、情感障碍、意志行为障碍及意识障碍。男女之间无明显差异,而在患者年龄、术前心功能、既往精神病史、监护室监护时间等方面精神病组和健康组间存在显著差异。结论成人体外循环手术后发生精神症状的高危因素有患者年龄、术前心功能、既往精神病史、心脏病史、监护室停留时间等,应高度重视和加强护理、观察。

An Analysis for the Causes of Psychosis after Cardiac Bypass Operation in Adults

Objective To find out the high risks in adult heart disease patients after cardiac bypass operation(CBP).Methods ixty patients over 16 years of age,who suffered from psychosis after CBP,were compared with those who didn't have psychosis after CBP.Results Some problems in cognition,emotion,action and consciousness were found,and there were no significant differences in those problems between the males and the females.But there were significant differences in age, heart function before CBP,psychotic history or psychotic family history,heart disease history and duration in the ICU room between the two groups.Conclusion The high risk factors in adult heart disease patients with psychosis include age,heart function before CBP,psychotic history or psychotic family history,heart disease history and duration in the ICU room,et al.We should take more cares of these patients.
