| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨急性淋巴性白血病(ALL)患者血浆可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体(sTNFR s)变化及其意义。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法测定了15例ALL患者血浆sTNFR-Ⅰ和sTNFR-Ⅱ水平及血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα),并以20例正常人作对照。结果:ALL患者血浆sTNFR-Ⅰ,sTNFR-Ⅱ和TNFα水平显著升高,与正常对照组差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:由sTN-FR-Ⅰ和sTNFR-Ⅱ介导的sTNFα的异常分泌可能是导致ALL细胞增殖的一个重要因素,该受体的测定可以判断患者的疾病状态,对治疗效果同样有评估作用。
