药物经皮离子导入技术与皮肤电化学的研究概述

摘    要:论述药物经皮离子电导入所需条件、特点、技术原理、透皮途径和影响药物离子电导入的因素。药物经皮离子电导入较药物被动经皮吸收有明显的优点,但需解决和研究的问题也很多,有待于广大医药工作的共同努力。但总的来说,药物经皮离子导入技术还是安全、有效的。适用于局部和全身性治疗。

Abstract:Discuss the necessary terms, characteristic, technological principle percutaneous pathway of ion electrical import of percutaneous administration and the factors that affect electrical import of drug ion. Compare with passive epidermal adsorption, ion electrical import of percutaneous administration has obvious advantages. But many problems need to solve and study. It await the masses of medicinal professionals' joint efforts. But generally speaking, ion import technology of percutaneous administration was safe and effective, suitable for local and systematic treatment.
