抚触配合鸟巢改良早产儿护理的效果观察

目的观察抚触配合"鸟巢"对早产儿护理效果影响。方法将50例在肇庆市第一人民医院NICU住院的早产儿随机分为两组,即对照组和观察组,每组各25例。对照组给予早产儿常规护理,观察组在早产儿常规护理的基础上给予抚触配合"鸟巢"护理,对早产儿住院15d的睡眠时间、体质量以及住院天数进行观察记录。结果观察组早产儿住院15d的睡眠时间、体质量增长均明显优于对照组,住院天数也较对照组缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抚触配合"鸟巢"护理早产儿可延长睡眠时间,提高睡眠质量,加快体质量增长,从而提高早产儿的抗病能力,促进早日康复,缩短住院时间,减轻了家属经济负担。

Improved Effect on Premature Nursing of Stroking and Touching with Bird Nest Nursing

Objective To observe and explore the effect of stroking and touching with bird nest nursing on premature nursing. Methods 50 prematures from Zhaoqing No. 1 people＇s hospital, hospitalized in the NICU, were randomly divided into 2 groups： controlling group and viewing group, and each group consisted 25 prematures. The controlling group was given routine nursing. The viewing group was treated as the controlling group and was given nursing of bird nest nursing. Then to observe and record their sleeping and weight in 15 hospitalized days of all prematures in both groups as well as their whole hospitalized period. Results During the 15 hospitalized days, sleeping and weight in the viewing group were much higher than the controlling group; and their hospitalized period was shortened. Such differences all made sense in the statistics （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing of stroking and touching with bird nest nursing is benefit to improve both sleeping and weight of prematures, which help develop their immunity from diseases, promote their recovery, shorten their time in hospital and lighten economic burden of their family.
