| 摘 要： | 阐述了ISO90 0 0族的内涵及实施ISO90 0 0族的具体做法 ,即 :建立手术室质量管理筹备小组 ,负责管理文件草案的书写 ;建立质量管理体系的文件框架 ;落实管理体系的运转 :加强宣传 ;全体动员 ;路径式的工作模式 ;工时量化。体会 :管理的规范化与制度化 ;责任明确 ,过程清晰 ;进一步强调“以病人为中心”的服务模式 ;管理公平、公开。

| Abstract: | First of all,the authors expound what is embodied by ISO9000.Then they give an account of how their operation room implemented ISO9000.Methods:Form a member group which are responsible for compiling a quality handbook centered on quality control documents;Establish the draft of documents concerning the quality control system;Put the quality control system into effect,strengthen propaganda;every one participate;working methods in order;statistic working time.In the end of the article, the authors offer their experience :The quality control should be instituted and standardized;Medical staff should have rules to follow in their work and be aware about responsibilities;Patients' centred sevice model be strengthened.The result of quality control should be open and fair.
