免疫组化技术检测脊髓背角Fos蛋白表达及意义

摘    要:目的研究痛觉传导通路中脊髓背角Fos蛋白的表达及意义。方法用免疫组化技术检测脊髓背角Fos蛋白的表达。结果注射Formalin侧脊髓背角Fos样免疫阳性(FLI)神经元的数量较生理盐水(NS)对侧明显增多。结论Fos免疫组织化学方法可被应用于痛觉机制研究,脊髓背角Fos蛋白表达阳性的神经元可作为伤害性反应神经元的标志。

Abstract:Objective To study the significance of fos expression in transmission of nociceptive information in spinal dorsal horn.Method Immunohistochemical procedure was used to examine fos expression in the dorsal horn. Result Subcutaneous injection of formalin induced a significant increase of fos-like immunoreactive (FLI) neurons as compared with the control side. Conclusion Fos immunohistochemical staining can be used for studying the pain mechanism,and FLI neurons in spinal dorsal horn can be regarded as a marker of neural activation representing the responsive nociceptive neurons.
