Potential Reactivators of Acetylcholine Esterase. Part 2 Salts of bis(hydroximinomethylpyridiniooxy)-alkanes (BA) are synthesized by alkylation of pyridine-N-oxide-carbaldoximes with bisesters of electronegatively substituted arylsulfonic acids in the presence of DMSO. pK_a's, UV-, IR-, and NMR-spectra are discussed, especially with respect to configuration assignments of the oxime functions.
