摘    要:近几年来的实验研究提示.肝细胞凋亡在肝炎的发病机制中起重要作用。表现在:(1)乙型及丙型肝炎病人肝组织中肝细胞凋亡的数量显著高于正常人:(2)乙型及丙型肝炎病人肝细胞Fas的表达水平与炎症活动程度是相关。(3)小鼠实验模型中大量肝细胞的凋亡可引起重型肝炎,而抑制凋亡能减轻肝组织的损伤。(4)在细胞毒性T淋巴细胞引起的转基因小鼠的肝炎模型中,肝炎的发生先后经历了细胞凋亡、细胞坏死几个不同的阶段。本文将试图阐述我们对肝细胞凋亡与乙型及丙型肝炎发病机制间可能关系的认识。

Abstract:The experimental data in recent years suggests that apoptosis of liver cells plays a significant role in the pathogenesis of viral hepatitis. Firstly, thenumber of apoptotic hopatocytes in patients with hepatitis B or C is significantly higher than that in healthy subjects. Secondly, the expression levels of Fasantigen in hepatocytes of patients with hepatitis B or C are positively correlated with inflammation activity. Thickly, massive apoptosis of hepatocyte couldresult in fulminant hepatitis and inhibition of apoptosis could abate inflammation in experimental model of liver injury. Finally, the occurrence of hepatitisinduced by CTL in transgenic mice is a profile from hepatocyte apoptosis to liver necroinflammation. This paper examines our current understanding of thepossible relationship between hopatoceltular apoptosis and the pathogenetic mechanism of hepatitis B and C.
