97例酚妥拉明联合呋塞米治疗顽固性心力衰竭临床研究

目的：探讨酚妥拉明联合呋塞米在顽固性心力衰竭治疗中的效果,以为其治疗提供依据。方法：选取2007年11月～2009年12月于我院进行治疗的97例顽固性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组（酚妥拉明组）47例和观察组（酚妥拉明联合呋塞米组）50例,并将两组患者的治疗效果及副作用发生率等进行比较分析。结果：经治疗后,发现观察组的治疗效果明显好于对照组,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,而两组副作用发生率方面比较,无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论：在顽固性心力衰竭的治疗中,采用酚妥拉明联合呋塞米的治疗方法效果好,且较为安全,值得临床进一步研究。

The clinical study of Phentollamine combined with Furosemide in the patients with refractory heart failure

Objective： To study the effect of Phentolamine combined with Furosemide in the patients with refractory heart failure in order to provide evidence for the treatment. Methods： 97 cases patients with refractory heart failure in our hospital from November 2007 to December 2009 were selected as research object,then were divided into control group （phentolamine group） 47 cases and observation group （phentolamine combined with furosemide group） 50 cases. Then the effect and incidence of side effects of the two groups were analyzed, and the results were compared. Results： The effect of observation group were better than that of control group, there were significant differences （P〈0.05）. But there was no significant difference on the incidence of side effects between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of Phentolamine combined with Furosemide in the patients with refractory heart failure is better, safety, and worthy of further study.
