| 摘 要： | 目的:定量测定孔源性视网膜脱离(RRD)患者视网膜下液(SRF)中转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)的含量,探讨TGF-β1 在RRD中的临床意义.方法:采集30例行RRD复位术患者的SRF,用TGF-β1试剂盒进行检测.结果:30例RRD患者SRF中均含有TGF-β1,其含量随着网脱范围、网膜裂孔的增大而增加.结论:TGF-β1参与RRD的病理过程,可能是影响网脱发展和转归的重要细胞因子之一.

| Abstract: | Objective: To detect the concentration of TGF β 1 in the subretinal fluid (SRF)of patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD) and to analyze its clinical significance. Methods: Samples of SRF were collected from 30 eyes of 30 patients with RRD without subretinal bleeding.Quantitative study was performed by ELISA procedure with the predicta TGF β 1 Kit manufactured by Genzyme Corporation . Results: TGF β 1 existed in all 30 cases of SRF.The concentration of the TGF β 1 in the SRF was positively correlated with the duration,the range of RRD and the size of the tear. Conclusions: TGF β 1,as a cytokine, is definitely involved in pathogenesis of RRD. |
