广州市636名中青年干部牙齿缺失与修复情况分析

目的：了解广州市中青年干部的牙齿缺失及修复情况。方法：依据一人一卡制的问诊和口腔检查资料，分析广州市636例中青年干部缺牙情况、病因及义齿修复情况。结果：636例中，缺牙142例，患病率为22.33%；主要病因是龋病，占73.06%；有义齿修复公34例，义齿修复率为27.64％；修复体43例，其中不良修复体10件（占23.26%），主要原因是义齿设计不当。结论：应在中青年干部中积极开展口腔卫生保健和缺牙后修复必要性的宣传，作好龋病防治工作，提高义齿修复率，义齿设计及制作应符合口腔生理要求。

The investigation of tooth-missing and dental restorations of 636 young and middle-aged cadres in Guangzhou.

Objective: To evaluate the status of tooth-missing and dental restorations of the young and middle-agedmilitary cadres in Guangzhou city. Methods: 636 cadres aged from 18 to 54 years old involved in this study were tested byclinical investigation and questionnaire. Results: The incidence rate of tooth-missing was 22.33%. The main reason oftooth-missing was caries. The rate of dental restoration was 27.64%, including 10 malfunctional restorations. Conclusions:Oral health education should be provided to the young and middle-aged cadres by preventing and treating caries activelyand giving dental restoration early and effectly.
