| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合治疗对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能的影响。方法将60例符合入选标准的CHF患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予西医基础治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服通阳活血方,疗程3周。分别于治疗前后记录患者纽约心脏病学会(NYHA)心功能分级及Lee积分情况。结果 NYHA心功能分级疗效,治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为73.33%,治疗组优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。Lee氏积分总疗效,治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为70.00%,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05)。两组治疗前后Lee氏总积分较治疗前均明显下降(P0.01),且治疗组较对照组下降明显(P0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗可以明显改善CHF患者的心功能。
