绿色通道在急性心肌梗死院前急救中的应用体会

目的探讨绿色通道在急性心肌梗死（AMI）院前急救中的应用体会。方法回顾性分析2010年1月以来本院开通AMI患者绿色通道后231例患者院前急救的情况,探讨在院前急救的各个环节中如何尽可能缩短患者从就诊到获得系统救治的时间。结果 231例AMI患者中,除7例死亡,9例因抢救在急诊科逗留超过30min外,其余患者均在30min内完成急救处理并送入相关科室。结论为AMI患者开通绿色通道可以减少患者从就诊到获得系统救治的时间,为进一步的治疗赢得机会和时间。

Application experience of green channel in pre-hospital first aid of acute myocardial infarction

Objective To discuss about the application experience of green channel in pre-hospital first aid of acute myocardial infarction （AMI）. Methods The condition of pre-hospital emergency cares of 231 cases with AMI was ana- lyzed retrospectively,in order to discuss how to minimize the time for patients to get systemic treatment in every aspect since our hospital opened green channel in January 2010. Results Among the 231 cases of AMI patients,7 cases were dead,9 cases stayed in the emergency department more than 30 minutes due to rescue,the remaining patients were fin- ished of first aid treatment within 30 minutes and transmitted into the relevant sections. Conclusion Opening a green channel for AMI patients can shorten the time from their contacting, the hospital to getting systemic treatment from the doctors in order to win the opportunity and time for further treatment.
