| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小儿肛周脓肿的护理经验。方法回顾性分析本院小儿外科2006年6月～2012年7月收治的47例小儿肛周脓肿患者的护理措施。结果 47例患儿通过积极治疗及有效护理,45例治愈,随访8～24个月,无复发病例,治愈率为95.74%,效果满意。结论合理、有效的护理措施有利于小儿肛周脓肿患儿的早日康复。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the methods of care for child perianal abscess.Methods The clinical data of 47 pa- tients with child perianal abscess in June 2006 to July 2012 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results Through the effective symptomatic treatment and care,45 cases were cured in 47 cases of patients,followed up for 8 to 24 months,there were no recurrence,the cure rate was 95.74% .Conclusion Correct care can significantly shorten wound surface healing time,reduce pain and complications for patients with child perianal abscess. |
