摘    要:目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定黄芩苷固体分散体中黄芩苷含量的测定方法。方法采用DiamonsilC18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(55∶45)为流动相,柱温为30℃,流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长280nm,进样量为10μl。结果黄芩苷浓度在29.0~174.0μg/ml的范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为A=21.809C-17.243(r=1.0000,n=7);黄芩苷的平均回收率为100.9%,RSD值为1.18%。该方法的精密度、重复性良好,RSD值均小于2.00%。结论该方法简便、快捷、准确度高,能有效控制黄芩苷固体分散体胶囊中黄芩苷的质量。

Abstract:Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for the content determination of baicalin solid dispersion. Methods The Diamonsil Cls column (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was adopted with mobile phase consitsted of methanol- 0.1% phosphoric acid(55:45) at wavelength 280 nm;the column temperature was 30℃;the flow rate was kept at 1.0 ml/ min and the injection volume was 10 μl. Results The linear equation was A =21.809C-17.243(r=1.0000,n=7) and with a good linear relationship from 29.0-174.0 μg/ml,the average recovery of bacalin was 100.9% with RSD value of 1.18%.The precision and reproducibility of the method was well(the RSD value was a11〈2.00%). Conclusion This method is simple,efficient and accurate,which could be used for the quality control of baicalin in baicalin solid dispersion.
