青壮年股骨颈骨折外科手术治疗的方法研究

目的探讨两种手术方法治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折的效果。方法 84例青壮年股骨颈骨折患者分为两组,每组42例,A组采用切开复位空心螺钉加压内固定联合股方肌骨瓣移植治疗,B组采用闭合复位空心螺钉加压内固定治疗,比较两组骨折愈合时间和髋关节功能恢复情况。结果所有患者成功随访24～50个月,A组骨折愈合时间优于B组（t=4.0844,P〈0.05）,髋关节功能优于B组（χ2=4.9411,P〈0.05）。结论空心螺钉加压内固定联合股方肌骨瓣移植治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折,操作简单,创伤小,疗效确切,是理想的治疗方法。

Study of surgical operation for treatment of femoral neck fracture in young adults

Objective To explore the effect of two kinds of operation for the treatment of femoral neck fracture in young adults. Methods 84 patients with femoral neck fracture were divided into two groups, 42 cases in each group, patients in group A were treated by hollow compress screw fixation with quadrates femoris muscle pedicle bone graft, patients in group B were treated with closed reduction with hollow compress screw fixation, fracture healing time and hip function recovery of patients in two groups were compared. Results All the patients were successfully followed up for 24-50 months, fracture healing time of group A was better than that of group B （t=4.0844, P〈0.05）, the function of hip joint determination of group A was better than that of group B （X2=4.9411, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The hollow com- press screw internal fixation combined with quadratus femoral muscle pedicle bone graft in the treatment of femoral neck fracture in young adults has the advantages of simple operation, little trauma, definite effect, it is an ideal treat- ment method.
