我院抗生素使用情况分析

目的调查分析本院抗生素的使用情况。方法采用回顾性调查方法对患者诊断、基本情况、抗生素种类、病原学送检、用药方式以及转归等进行逐项登记。调查抗菌药物使用率、给药途径、用药目的、疗程以及联用情况、抗菌药物使用频率、标本送检情况等。结果头孢呋辛钠、头孢他啶、头孢呋辛使用例次及频率排于前3位,国产基础药物种依然是临床上的主要用药;抗菌药使用率达到59.80%;有80.50%患者是根据经验用药;所有患者均为静脉注射给药;在调查的61例患者中,一共有41例做了细菌培养,占67.21%,2例为阳性结果,阳性率为4.88%。结论抗生素的使用存在大量、叠加、普遍及使用高档抗生素等不良习惯,临床上应当重视并限制使用,同时要恰当配合患者的自身免疫系统应用抗生素。

Application analysis of antibiotics in our hospital

Objective To investigate and analyze the application of antibiotics in our hospital. Methods The patient＇s diagnosis,basic condition of disease,antibiotic type,pathogenic detection,drug administration and prognosis were record- ed one by one in a retrospective study in order to investigate the utilization rate of antibiotic,route of administration, purpose of medication,course of treatment,combined usage of antibiotics,frequency of antibiotic application and speci- men dispatch and examination,etc. Results The application times and frequency of cefuroxime sodium,ceftazidime and cefuroxime were in top three positions.The types of domestic basic medicines were mainly applied in clinic.The an- tibacterial agent utilization rate reached 59.80%.There were 80.50% patients treated by antibiotics based on doctor＇s experience.All patients were administered intravenously.41 cases out of 61 surveyed patients were agreed for bacterial culture,accounted for 67.21%.The positive outcomes were in 2 cases after bacterial culture,and the positive rate was 4.88%. Conclusion The bad habits of pervasive,overlapped and high-grade antibiotics applied in clinic are existed. The limited usage of antibiotics should be paid great attention and taken the consideration of patient＇s own immune system at the same time.
