鼻胃管的置放位置对食管胃胸内吻合口瘘愈合的影响

目的探讨胃肠减压管的置放位置对食管胃胸内吻合口瘘有效引流及愈合的影响。方法回顾性分析本科34例胸内吻合口瘘在DSA透视引导下精确置放改造的鼻胃管患者的临床资料。结果患者均在DSA透视引导下在准确位置放置鼻胃管进行引流,成功率为100%,所有患者均瘘口愈合,治疗时间13～28d,平均（21.3±6.9）d。结论鼻胃管的置放位置对胸内吻合口瘘发生时局部的充分引流、吻合口瘘的愈合影响较大,鼻胃管有效的置放位置可最大程度地保障胃液及脓液引流,加快瘘口愈合,对胸内吻合口瘘有重要意义。

The position of the gastrointestinal decompression tube placed on the effective healing of the gastroesophageal anastomotic fistula

Objective To investigate the position of the gastrointestinal decompression tube placed on the effective drainage and healing of the gastroesophageal anastomotic fistula. Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 34 patients with gastroesophageal anastomotic fistula received DSA fluoroscopically-guided transnasal precise placement of the gastrointestinal decompression tube. Results The gastrointestinal decompression tube was successfully placed under DSA fluoroscopic guidance. All patients were healed, with the treatment time 13-28 days, average of （21.3±6.9）days. Conclusion The effective drainage of the gastroesophageal anastomotic fistula were greatly impacted by the position of the gastrointestinal decompression tube that by placed suitable position of the gastrointestinal decom- pression tube could to speed up the healing of the fistula.
