2003～2012年广州市白云区孕产妇死亡情况分析

目的对广州市白云区孕产妇死亡的相关因素进行分析,探讨孕产妇死亡率的变化及其影响因素,为进一步降低孕产妇死亡率制订干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,对广州市白云区2003～2012年孕产妇死亡的所有个案及评审资料进行分析。结果近10年来广州市白云区活产数逐年递增,孕产妇死亡率从2003年的33.33/10万降至2012年的11.71/10万;孕产妇前四位死因顺位为产后出血、羊水栓塞、异位妊娠和妊娠合并肝脏疾病;由产科直接原因导致的死亡率明显下降。结论 2003～2012年广州市白云区采取了一系列干预措施来保障母婴安全,使孕产妇死亡率显著下降。为了进一步降低孕产妇死亡率,必须加强多部门合作,实现信息共享,加强健康宣教,加大对基层医疗保健机构的培训力度,提高对危急重症孕产妇的识别、转运和团队救治能力。

Analysis of maternal mortality in baiyun district of Guangzhou City'from 2003 to 2012

Objective To discuss the change and its impact factors of maternal mortality by analyzing maternal death related factors in Baiyun District of Guangzhou City,which will provide scientific evidence for intervention measures in order to further reduce the maternal mortality. Methods A retrospective analysis was used to analysis all cases and all reviews of data of maternal mortality from 2003 to 2012 in Baiyun District of Guangzhou City. Results In the recent 10 years the number of live borns was increased year by year in Baiyun District of Guangzhou City.Maternal mortality ratio reduced from 33.33/100 000 in 2003 to 11.71/100 000 in 2012.Sequence of the top four causes of maternal death were postpartum hemorrhage,amniotic fluid embolism,ectopic pregnancy and pregnancy with liver diseases.How- ever, obstetric causes of death were markedly reduced. Conclusion In Baiyun District of Guangzhou City,a series of intervention measures have been adapted to ensure the safety of maternal and infant from 2003 to 2012,which reduced the maternal mortality rate significantly.To further reduce the maternal mortality rate,we must strengthen the multi- sectoral cooperation, realize information sharing,strengthen health education,intensify training for grassroots medical and health institutions and improve their ability of recognition,transshipment and team treatment of critical severe ma- ternal.
