丹参注射液联合西医治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的疗效观察

目的探讨丹参注射液联合西医治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的效果。方法将2010年10月～2013年1月本院收治的88例病毒性心肌炎患儿根据随机数字表法分为两组,对照组44例以单纯西医方案治疗,观察组44例则以丹参注射液联合西医进行治疗,评估两组患儿的疗效与安全性,并将其治疗前与治疗后不同时间的心肌酶谱进行检测及比较。结果观察组的疗效与安全性均优于对照组,治疗后不同时间的心肌酶谱各个指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论丹参注射液联合西医治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的效果较好,不良反应少,可有效改善患儿的心功能,值得临床推广应用。

Observation on the effect of danshen injection combined with western medicine in the treatment of children with viral myocarditis

Objective To study the effect of danshen injection combined with western medicine in the treatment of children with viral myocarditis. Methods 88 children with viral myocarditis in our hospital from October 2010 to Jan- uary 2013 were divided into control group and observation group based on the random number table,44 cases of control group were treated with only western medicine,44 cases of observation group were treated with danshen injection com- bined with western medicine,then the clinical effedt and safety of two groups were evaluated,and the all the indexes of myogardial enzyme spectrum of two groups before the treatment and at different times after the treatment were detected and compared. Results The observation group＇s linical effect and safety were all better er than those of control group, all the indexes of myocardial enzyme spectrum at different times after the treatment were all lower than those of control group,there were significant differences （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion The effect of danshen injection combined with western medicine in the treatment of children with viral myocarditis is bett,the adverse reactions is low,and it can effec- tively improve the cardiac function state of patients,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
