瑞芬太尼用于剖宫产全身麻醉对新生儿的影响

目的探讨瑞芬太尼用于剖宫产全身麻醉对新生儿的影响,评价其临床适用性。方法选择2012年3月～2013年3月于本院行全身麻醉剖宫产的56例产妇,随机分为实验组25例、对照组31例,对照组采用丙泊酚联合维库溴铵进行全身麻醉诱导,实验组在对照组的基础上加用瑞芬太尼进行麻醉。分别记录两组胎儿出生即刻、娩出后1、5min的Apgar评分。结果实验组在出生即刻、娩出后1、5min的Apgar评分分别是（9.09±0.91）、（9.11±0.89）、（9.94±0.46）分,与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论瑞芬太尼用于剖宫产全身麻醉对新生儿无明显不良影响,新生儿无不良反应,适合临床长期推广应用。

The influence of remifentanil on neonate delivered by caesarean section in general anesthesia

Objective To explore the influence of remifentanil on neonate delivered by caesarean section in general anesthesia and to evaluate its clinical applicability. Methods General anesthesia was given in 56 puerperas of caesare- an section in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2013 and 56 puerperas were randomly divided into the experi- mental group（n=25） and the control group（n=31）.General anesthesia induction using propofol combined with vecuroni- um was given in the control group while remifentanil was used for anesthesia in the experimental group based on the control group.The Apgar scores of two groups was respectively recorded after delivery for 0 min,1 min,5 min. Results The Apgar scores of after delivery for 0 min,lmin,5min were （9.09±0.91）,（9.11±0.89）,（9.94±0.46） respectively,there was no statistical difference （P〉0.05） compared to the control group. Conclusion Remifentanil used in general anesthesia of cesarean section has no obvious adverse effects on neonatal infants and the neonate has no adverse reaction.It is suitable for long-term clinical application.
