血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症的效果观察

目的探讨血液透析（HD）联合血液灌流（HP）治疗尿毒症的临床疗效。方法将98例尿毒症患者随机分为两组,对照组49例采用常规HD治疗,观察组49例在对照组的基础上加用HP治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组治疗后肌酐（Scr）、尿素氮（BUN）、血磷（P）、血钙（Ca）、甲状旁腺素（PTH）、β2微球蛋白（β2-MG）均较治疗前改善（均P〈0.05）,而观察组改善更显著,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组皮肤瘙痒、肾性骨病、顽固性高血压及总并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 HD联合HP治疗尿毒症疗效确切,可有效降低体内分子毒物的水平,改善患者的生活质量,并提高生存率。

Efficacy of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in treatment of the uremia

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of the hemodialysis （HD） combined with hemoperfusion （HP） in treatment of uremia. Methods 98 patients with uremic were randomly divided into two groups, 49 patients in the con- trol group were treated with conventional HD, and 49 patients in the observation group were treated by the HP on the basis of the control group, and then the treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the Scr, BUN, P, Ca, PTH and ~-MG of the two groups were improved than that before treatment （P〈0.05）, but these in- dexes of observation group were improved most significantly, compared With control group, the difference was statisti- cally significant （P〈0.05）, the itchy skin, renal osteodystrophy, resistant hypertension and the incidence of complica- tions of the observation group were all significantly less than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in treatment of the uremia is efficacy, it can effectively reduce the level of vivo molecu- lar poisons, improve the patient＇s quality of life and improve survival rate.
