| 摘 要： | 目的：比较桡骨远端骨折桥接式外固定治疗与掌侧锁定钢板治疗特点与临床疗效。方法：2008年7月～2012年8月，对70例桡骨远端骨折患者分别行桥接式外固定治疗（桥接式外固定组，n＝35）和掌侧锁定钢板治疗（掌侧锁定钢板组，n＝35），分析比较2组患者临床疗效。结果：2组患者均未出现明显并发症，2组患者在手术时间、术中出血量、术后肿胀消退时间、骨折愈合情况等均无显著差异（P＞0．05）。结论：桥接式外固定及掌侧锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端骨折临床疗效相近，均取得满意的疗效。
