| 摘 要： | 目的探讨宿迁地区恙虫病患者的临床特点及护理方法。方法回顾性总结分析本地区32例恙虫病患者的资料,对其进行临床观察、心理护理、高热护理、焦痂及溃疡护理、皮疹护理、并发症的护理及健康教育等。结果 31例患者治愈出院,1例死亡。结论严密的病情观察、合理的护理措施是恙虫病确诊与康复的重要组成部分。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and nursing methods of patients with tsutsugamushi dis- ease in the local region.Methods The clinical observation,nursing on psychology,high fever, eschar and ulcer,rash,and complication,and health education for 32 patients with ST were retrospectively summarized and analyzed in the region. Results 31 participants were cured and only 1 dead.Conclusion Close observation of the disease conditions and rea- sonable nursing measures are important parts for definite diagnosis and rehabilitation of tsutsugamushi disease. |
