急性脑血管意外院前急救护理105例临床分析

目的探讨急性脑血管意外院前急救护理措施的效果。方法回顾性分析105例急性脑血管意外院前急救护理的临床资料。结果 105例中经过院前快速、有效的现场救护,快速安全转入医院96例,占91.43%;途中病情加重7例,占6.67%;拒绝转入医院2例,占1.90%;无一例途中死亡。结论院前及时实施快速、有效的现场救护,快速、安全转运与加强途中监护能够挽救患者的生命,是院内后续抢救及治疗至关重要的一步,可有效降低患者的病死率和致残率。

Clinical analysis on 105 cases of pre-hospital care for acute cerebral vascular accidents

Objective To investigate the effect of pre-hospital care for acute cerebral vascular accidents.Methods The clinical date of 105 cases of pre-hospital care for acute cerebral vascular accidents were retrospectively analyzed.Re- sults In the 105 cases,96 cases were sent to hospital rapidly and safely after quick and effective on-the-spot rescue,7 cases suffered deterioration of illnesses during the course and 2 cases rejected to be sent,the proportions of them were 91.43%,6167% and 1.90% respectively,no case dead in the course.Conclusion As an essential first step for the fol- lowed rescue and treatment,implementing a timely rapid and effective on-the-plot rescue and quick and safe transfer, strengthening the monitoring during the course can save patients＇ lives and effectively lower the fatality rate and dis- ability rate.
