区域性家庭医生团队服务对社区糖尿病患者防治效果的分析

目的探讨区域性家庭医生团队服务模式下社区糖尿病患者的防治效果。方法选取深圳市宝安区某社区健康服务中心糖尿病患者180例为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组各90例,对照组给予常规药物治疗,研究组在常规药物治疗的基础上,使用区域性家庭医生团队服务模式干预,所有患者均随访1年。结果研究组糖尿病防治知识率为95.6%（86/90）,糖尿病自测率为98.9%（89/90）,体重指数（BMI）平均值为（26.5±1.7）kg/m2,空腹血糖平均值为（7.2±0.5）mmol/L;对照组糖尿病防治知识率为55.6%（50/90）,糖尿病自测率为78.9%（71/90）,BMI平均值为（30±1.8）kg/m2,空腹血糖平均值为（9.6±0.8）mmol/L,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论区域性家庭医生团队服务防治糖尿病,能提高疗效和患者的生活质量,值得社区卫生推广。

Prevention and treatment effect analysis of team service of regional family doctors on patients with diabetes in community

Objective To explore the prevention and treatment effect of diabetic patients in community under the team service mode regional family doctors. Methods 180 patients with diabetes in a community health service center in Baoan district of Shenzhen city were selected and randomly divided into the research group （n=90） and the control group （n=90）.In the control group,conventional drug treatment was provided while in the research group,the team ser- vice from regional family doctors were provided on the basis of conventional therapy.The follow-up for all participants lasted 1 year. Results In the research group,the rates of diabetic prevention and treatment knowledge and diabetic self- test were 95.1% and 98.6%.The mean values of body mass index （BMI）was （26.5±1.7） kg/m^2 and fasting blood-glucose （FBG） was （7.2±0.5） mmol/L.In the control group,the diabetic prevention and treatment knowledge rate was 55.2% and diabetic self-test rate was 78.5%.The average values of BMI and FBG were （30±1.8） kg/m2 and （9.6±0.8） mmol/L. There was a statistical difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Diabetic Prevention and treatment with team service from regional family doctors can improve curative effects and quality of life and it is worthy of extension in community health.
