永久性膀胱造瘘术后感染原因分析与护理

目的:防止永久性膀胱造瘘术后感染的发生。方法:将门诊50例永久性膀胱造瘘患者随机分A、B两组作跟踪研究,利用0.9%生理盐水涂液及安多福涂液,采集造瘘口皮肤分泌物作样本;按照医院感染的要求,采集留置尿管引流液30ml及膀胱冲洗后所留尿标本30ml定期做监测结果:两组监测存在明显差异,P<0.5。结论:影响永久性膀胱造瘘术后患者感染原因主要与操作不当、监测不及时、病人抵抗力下降、卫生条件差有关。临床护士应加强健康宣教工作,同时不断完善门诊定期监测工作及社区家庭服务工作,以减少感染的发生,提高患者生命质量。
