心脏再同步化治疗中左心室起搏部位的选择

心脏再同步化治疗顽固性心力衰竭已经经循证医学证实其可提高生活质量、降低心力衰竭再住院率以及降低病死率。但是，仍有部分患者疗效不佳，其主要原因中左心室电极位置的选择对心脏再同步化治疗疗效有重要影响，现从左心室电极目前的普遍选择位置、最延迟部位放置左心室电极、影响左心室电极植入位置的因素及受到的争议等方面进行综述。

Study of Left Ventricular Pacing Site in Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy

Cardiac resynchronization therapy for the treatment of refractory heart failure has been confirmed by evidence-based medicine to improve the patient＇s quality of life, and to reduce both the heart failure readmission rate and the mortality rate. However, there are still some patients with poor efficacy. In these cases, the position of the left ventricular electrode in cardiac resynchronization therapy has a significant impact on efficacy. In this article we review the factors which affect the left ventricular electrode placement and disputes surrounding the placement.
