镁离子对脑外伤患者脑的保护作用

目的　探讨大剂量硫酸镁对脑外伤的治疗作用。方法　脑外伤 43例随机分为受试组和对照组。受试组患者入院后 15min内静脉注射硫酸镁 16mmol,2 4h内再静脉滴注硫酸镁 6 5mmol;对照组患者不用此药。 3d后查血清神经元特异烯醇化酶 (NSE) ,2wk后测格拉斯哥昏迷评分 (GCS) ,6mo后测格拉斯哥治疗结果分级 (COS) ,进行统计学分析。结果　受试组与对照组的NSE分别为 2 1.9± 17.2ng·ml-1和42 .7± 2 1.4ng·ml-1(P <0 .0 1) ,GCS分别为 12 .5± 3 .1和 10 .2± 2 .9(P <0 .0 5 ) ,GOS分别为 3.8± 1.7和 3 .2± 1.5 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　大剂量硫酸镁对脑外伤患者有显著的近期疗效。

Protective effect of magnesium ion on brain of patients with brain trauma

Objective To consider the efficancy of large dose of magnesium sulfate used in treatment of patients with brain trauma. Methods Forty three patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Twenty two patients in experimental group received 16 mmol magnesium sulfate intravenously within 15 minutes and followed by 65 mmol within 24 hours after admision. Twenty one patients in control group not used magnesium sulfate. Serum neuron specific enolase(NSE), Glasgow coma score(GCS) and Glasgow outcome score(GOS) in all the patients were measured after 3 days, 2 weeks and 3 monthes respectively and the data were analysised statistically. Results The serum NSE, GCS and GOS of experimental group were 21.9±7.2ng·ml -1 , 12.5±3.1 and 3.8±1.7 respectively, while the serum NSE, GCS and GOS of control group were 42.7±21.4ng·ml -1 , 10.2±2.9 and 3.2±1.5 respectively. Between two groups the serum NSE and GCS were different significantly(P<0.01, P<0.05, respectively), while the GOS was not(P>0.05). Conclusions Large dose of magnesium sulfate is effective in treatment of patients with brain trauma at least in the short term.
