经颅多普勒观察MBRT对老年缺血性脑血管病的疗效

目的:观察离退休老干部缺血性脑血管病患者心身放松疗法(MBRT)治疗前后,经颅多普勒检查结果的变化。方法:60例缺血性脑血管病患者随机分为MBRT组和常规治疗组,疗程为8w,运用经颅多普勒检测技术评估两组的临床疗效。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗8w后,MBRT组的左侧大脑中动脉和基底动脉的收缩峰值血流速度、舒张末期血流速度、平均血流速度均显著升高,血管搏动弹性指数及脑血管阻力指数显著降低(P<0.05或<0.01);MBRT组经颅多普勒频谱改善的显效率和总有效率显著高于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:MBRT组疗效优于常规治疗组,MBRT能显著增加脑血流速度、降低脑血管阻力和提高缺血性脑血管病患者的临床疗效。

Observation of effects of mind-body relaxing therapy on ischemic cerebral vascular disease in retired cadres by transcranial Doppler

Objective:To investigate the effects of mind-body relaxing therapy (MBRT) on ischemic cerebral vascular disease in retired cadres.Methods:60 retired patients with ischemic cerebral vascular disease were randomly divided into MBRT with routine treatment group (MBRT group, n=30) and routine treatment group (control group, n=30), and all of them were treated for 8 weeks. The clinical effects were assessed by transcranial Doppler(TCD).Results:Compared with before treatment, Vm, Vs, and Vd of base artery (BA) and left middle cerebral artery (LMCA ) increased significantly,RI and PI decreased significantly after treatments (P<0.05 or 0.01) in MBRT group; the significant rate and total effective rate on TCD frequency spectrum in MBRT group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:MBRT can significantly improve the blood flow velocity, reduce the resistance of cerebral blood vessel, and increase therapeutic effect for senile patients with ischemic cerebral vascular disease. The therapeutic effect of MBRT with routine treatment on ischemic cerebral vascular disease is better than that with single routine treatment.
