体外冲击波对兔输尿管功能的影响

摘    要:目的:研究体外冲击波对兔离体输尿管功能的影响,探讨输尿管体外实验的方法。方法:以体外冲击波刺激兔输尿管,制造体外冲击波碎石术的动物模型。用输尿管体外实验方法观察不同时间输尿管平滑肌收缩强度和频率的变化。结果:输尿管受冲击波冲击后第1、2天,其收缩强度明显降低(P<0.05),收缩频率有上升趋势。冲击后第5天,输尿管收缩力基本恢复正常。结论:冲击波对输尿管的舒缩蠕动功能可造成短期影响,5天后舒缩蠕动功能基本恢复正常。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of extracorporal shock waves on the function of rabbit ureter and investigate the extracor-poral method. Methods: The rabbit ureters were treated in vitro with the extracorporal shock waves and established a model of extra-corporal shock wave lithothrypty. There were observed variations in the contractile force and frequency of ureteral smooth muscle. Results: The amplitude of contraction of ureters was significantly reduced (P < 0. 05), and the contractile frequency showed a tendency to increase on and 2 days after treatment of extracorporal shock waves. The contractile activity of ureteral smooth muscle recovered on 5 days follaving treatment. Conclusion: The contraclion of ureteral smooth muscle is temporarily affected by the extraxar-poral shock waves, and this change recovered to normal on 5 days after treatmemt.
