泪腺腺样囊性癌的临床治疗研究(附15例临床观察)

目的　探讨泪腺腺样囊性癌治疗方法和临床预后的关系。方法　对 15例泪腺腺样囊性癌进行临床治疗的研究。结果　单独接受手术治疗的病人与手术加术后放疗病人比 ,复发率分别为 85 7%和 12 5 % (P <0 0 5 ) ,远处转移率和平均生存期分别为85 7%和 3 7 5 % ,74 5个月和 95 4个月。局部复发病人生存期较局部未复发者短 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　对泪腺腺样囊性癌的病人术后辅以放疗可降低局部复发率

Study on the Clinical Treatment Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma of Lacrimal Gland:Clinical Observation of 15 Cases

Objective To discuss the relationship between treating method and clinical outcomes.Methods Fifteen cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma of Lacrimal Gland were studied clinically.Results The local recurrences in the patients with surgery alone and in those with surgery combined with postoperative radiation therapy were 85 7% and 12 5%( P <0 05)respectively.The distant metastasis rates and medium survival in both periods patients were 85 7% and 37 5%,74 5 and 95 4 months,respectively.Those of local recurrence had a shorter survival time than those of non-local recurrence( P <0 05).Conclusions The treatment combining surgery with postoperative radiotherapy is helpful in reducing the local recurrence of adenoid cystic carcinoma of lacrimal gland.
