糖尿病肾病应用黄芪注射液联合川芎嗪粉针治疗的效果研究

目的：观察糖尿病肾病患者应用黄芪注射液联合川芎嗪粉针治疗的临床疗效。方法：随机选取2010年3月-2013年3月在我院诊治的糖尿病肾病患者60例，将其分为研究组和对照组，每组30例，两组患者均采用常规治疗，其中研究组患者加用了黄芪注射液和川芎嗪粉针，观察两组患者的各项临床指标和临床症状，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：比较两组患者在治疗后的各项临床指标，研究组患者均比对照组指标低，比较差异明显，具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；比较两组患者治疗后中医症候的评分情况，研究组患者的总积分明显低于对照组，具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：糖尿病肾病应用黄芪注射液联合川芎嗪粉针治疗，能有效减低患者的各项临床指标，改善患者的临床症状，效果显著，值得临床推广。

Clinical research on treating diabetes with astragalus injection andTMP injection

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of astragalus injection and TMP injection for diabetic nephropathy treatment. Methods： 60 patients were randomly selected in March 2010-March 2013 with diabetic nephropathy in our hospital, which was divided into study group and the control group, 30 cases in each, all patients were treated with conventional therapy, including plus a study group of patients astragalus injection and TMP injection, clinical indicators and clinical symptoms, clinical efficacy were recorded. Results： Two groups were compared after treatment by various clinical indicators, the study group were lower than those in the control group at index, the difference obvious with statistical significance （P〈0.05）; after comparing TCM symptom score in two groups, the study group with total score was significantly lower than the control group, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Astragalus injection and TMP injection can effectively reduce the clinical parameters of patients, improve clinical symptoms, the effect is significant, is worthy of promotion.
