解郁安神丸结合针刺治疗精神分裂症临床疗效观察

目的：观察解郁安神丸结合针刺治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法：选择我院收治的精神分裂症患者96例，随机分为观察组和对照组各48例，对照组采用利培酮4-6mg/d口服抗精神病治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用自拟中成药解郁安神丸口服，每次服6g，3次/d，并结合针刺治疗；两组疗程均为8周，治疗结束后，运用精神疾病治疗效果评定标准和简明精神病评定量表（BPRS）减分率评价疗效。结果：两组患者治疗后，精神症状均有不同程度改善，观察组较对照组疗效更明显，观察组总有效率为91.6%，对照组为75.0%。两组比较有明显差异（P〈0.05）。结论：解郁安神丸结合针刺治疗精神分裂症疗效肯定，且不良反应明显减少，值得推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating schizophrenia with Jieyu Anshen Wan plus acupuncture

Objective： To observe clinical effects of Jieyu Anshen Wan plus acupuncture on treating schizophrenia. Methods： 96 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 48 cases for each. Based on oral risperidone 4-6mg / d antipsychotic, the observation group was added Jieyu Anshen Wan plus acupuncture more. In 8 weeks treatment, the efficacy in two groups were compared. Results： The psychiatric symptoms in observation group were better improved than the control, the total efficacy was 91.6%, higher than 75.0% in the control; there was a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Jieyu Anshen Wan plus acupuncture on treating schizophrenia have good effects and less adverse reactions, are worthy of application.
