通便汤治疗便秘型肠易激综合征58例

目的：探讨通便汤治疗便秘型肠易激综合征（IBS-C）的临床疗效。方法：将2010年10月-2013年6月我科收治的120例IBS-C患者随机分成对照组和观察组，其中对照组口服西沙比利，观察组患者则服用通便汤，记录资料并作回顾性分析。结果：治疗后1个月对照组、观察组的总有效分别是88.71%、89.66%，二者差异无统计学意义（P〈0.05）；随访半年，对照组、观察组的总有效率分别是45.16%、74.14%，复发率分别是49.09%、17.31%，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：通便汤治疗IBS-C的远期疗效肯定，复发率低。

Treating 58 cases of constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome with Tongbian decoction

Objective：To investigate clinical curative effects of Tongbian decoction on treating constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome （IBS-C）. Methods：120 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group was given cisapride oral, the observation group was given Tongbian decoction. Results：For 1 month, the total efficiency in the control and the observation group was 88.71%, 89.66%respectively, the difference was not statistically significant （P〈0.05）;followed up for 6 months, the total efficiency in this two group was 45.16%, 74.14%respectively, the recurrence rate was 49.09%, 17.31%respectively, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Tongbian decoction in treating IBS-C has long-term certain effects and low recurrence rate.
