| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨黄土汤联合西药治疗上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法：根据随机对照原则将82例上消化道出血患者平均分为两组，对照组患者给予常规西药治疗，观察组患者在此基础上加用黄土汤治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：观察组患者的临床总有效率为92.7%，显著高于对照组患者的88.0%；组间对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：采用黄土汤联合西药治疗上消化道出血的临床疗效确切，可作为一种有效的治疗方法在临床上推广应用。

Clinical effective observation on treating upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage with Huangtu decoction plus western medicine |

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate clinical effects of Huangtu decoction plus western medicine in treating upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods： 82 patients were divided into two groups, the control group was given routine western medicine treatment, the observation group was given Huangtu decoction plus western medicine treatment. Results： The total efficiency in the observation group was 92.7%, obviously higher than that in control group of 88.0%; the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The Huangtu decoction plus western medicine has exact clinical effects on treating upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, can be applied as an effective therapy. |
