温针透刺联合康复治疗老年性膝骨关节炎临床研究

目的：探讨温针透刺联合康复治疗老年性膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法：选取我院自2010年3月-2013年3月收治的60例老年性膝骨关节炎患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组，治疗组30例，对照组30例。治疗组患者采用温针透刺联合社区康复方法进行治疗，对照组患者采用西医常规治疗，对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比、分析。结果：治疗组患者的显效率为63.3%，显著高于对照组的36.7%，P〈0.05，差异有统计学意义；治疗组的总有效率为93.3%，对照组为73.3%，组间比较，有显著性差异， P〈0.05；两组患者在治疗期间均未出现不良反应。结论：对老年性膝骨关节炎患者应用温针透刺联合康复治疗，可显著改善患者临床症状，治疗效果显著，疗效明显优于西医治疗，值得推广应用。

Clinical research on senile knee osteoarthritis with temperature needle plus rehabilitation

Objective： To investigate clinical curative effects of senile knee osteoarthritis treatment with the temperature needle plus rehabilitation. Methods： 60 senile knee osteoarthritis patients were selected as the study objects, and randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group contained 30 cases, and the control group also contained 30 cases. The treatment group was given the treatment of temperature needle plus rehabilitation, and the control group was given conventional western medicine. The treatment effects in these two groups were compared and analyzed. Results： The markedly effective rate of the treatment group was 63.3%, significantly higher than 36.7% in the control group,P〈0.05, with statistically significant difference; the total efficiency in the treatment group was 93.3%, and in the control group it was 73.3%, with significant difference between two groups,P〈0.05; there were no adverse reactions during the treatment in two groups. Conclusion： The temperature needle in joint rehabilitation for the senile knee osteoarthritis patients can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients, with effective effects, significantly better than the western treatment, which is worthy of promotion and application.
